Using a plain gift bag, remove the handles from the bag and retain to be reattached later.
Cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the front of the bag and then attach to the bag with double sided tape or glue.
Cut an aperture approximately 10cm x 7 cm slightly off centre in the front of the bag. Using double sided glue attach a piece of clear acetate on to the inside of the bag to make a window.
Make a frame around the window in your bag. I have used a Spellbinders Scalloped Edge Frame.
Glue 4 strips of coordinating ribbon across the top of the bag with glue or double sided tape and matching flowers with 3d sticky dots around the bottom right hand corner of the window.
Cut out and “build” the Sara Kaye 3d image and attach to the left hand side of the window.
Add the bling flourishes. Reattach the handles and make 2 small tags and attach to the handle
