Craft Mad - Gift Card Holders

Gift Card Holder 1:

Card 8.5 cm x 11 cm
Card 26 cm x 7.5 cm
Embellishments to decorate the front
Circle Punch – ¾” diameter
Round Corner Punch

1. Take the card (26 cm x 7.5) and score at 10 cm and 20 cm. Fold along the score lines.
2. Punch a half circle in the centre of the short section – see diagram.
3. Glue the sides of the short side and fold up to form pocket.
4. Glue the folded gift card holder to the card (8.5 cm x 11 cm).
5. Decorate the front as desired.

Gift Card Holder 2:

Card 7.5 cm x 15 cm – pouch section
Card – contrasting colour – 9cm x 5 cm – top section
Brad
Ribbon
Tag and sentiment stamp or sticker
Circle Punch ¾” diameter

1. Take the card (7.5 cm x 15 cm) and fold in half.
2. Punch a half circle on the 7.5 cm side.
3. Glue the 2 sides together to form a pocket.
4. Tie a bow with the ribbon and make the tag.
5. Make a hole in the tag for the brad. Thread the brad through the bow and tag.

6. Make a mark where the brad will go on the top section and pouch section. See the diagram for the placement of the brad. Punch a hole through the pouch section and the top section.
7. Place the brad through all holes. The top section should now be hinged to the pouch section.

Gift Card Holder 3:

Card 12 cm x 12 cm – 4 pieces
Patterned Paper 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm – 2 pieces
Card 5 cm x 5 cm – for the small circle
Card 10 cm x 6 cm - pocket
Card 10.6 cm x 10.6 cm - base
Scalloped Circle Spellbinders – Largest (approx 10.6 cm diameter), 2nd Largest (approx 9.4 cm diameter) and the smallest (approx 4 cm diameter)
Ribbon
Circle Punch ¾” diameter

1. Cut 4 large scalloped circles out of the 12 cm x 12 cm pieces of card.
2. Cut 2 2nd largest scalloped circles out of the 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm pieces of patterned paper.
3. Cut 1 small scalloped circle out of the card 5 cm x 5 cm.

4. Score the 4 large circles in half and fold along the score lines. See the diagram and photo as a guide for the scoring, as they must be scored and folded this way.

5. Cut the 2 circles in half – the same way as the large circles are folded – see photo in step 4.
6. Glue the circle halves to the one side of the folded large circles.
7. Take the card 10.6 cm x 10.6 cm and the folded large circles and glue one of the circles to the card – see photo for placement.

8. Do the same for the other 3 folded large circles – do the opposite one first and then the other 2.

9. Glue the ribbon to the back of the small circle.
10. Turn the complete layered card over and glue the small circle over the hole that is showing. Turn it back over.

11. Punch a half circle in the centre of the long side of the card (10 cm x 6 cm).
12. Glue the card to the inside of the layered card to form a pocket.

To close the Holder:
Interlock the half circles and then tie the ribbon in a bow.
