Instructions
Card 21.5 cm x 7.5 cm
Patterned Paper 14.2 cm x 7 cm
Label – approx 6 cm x 8 cm (I did mine with contrasting card colours)
Punches – round corner punch, and 1 ½” circle punch
Embellishments to decorate


1. Round all 4 corners of the card 21.5cm x 7.5 cm.
2. Mark and score and fold along the marks – 3.2 cm and 6.7 cm.
3. Punch a circle in the area between the score lines – to create the hole for the wine bottle.
4. Put double sided tape on the back of the patterned paper and place this on the lower section (larger part) of the main tag.
5. Add label and decorate as desired.

Wine Glass Rings


I used wine glass rings that I had and added beads and Christmas charms to them.
