• Valentines Heart Sweet Holder by Kaye McGrath


    For this project you will need:
    1 30x 30 cm sheet double sided patterned paper
    Joycraft Heart die cut
    Heart punch
    Flowers
    Ribbon
    Greeting
    Kindy Glitz
    2 x brads




    Instructions
    Using the template provided, cut out the box. Score and fold on the marked lines. Glue the box together. Cut a 2cm wide strip of paper for the handle and attach to the sides of the box with brads. Decorate the front of the box as you wish. I have used ribbon, a Joycrafts Heart die which I have enhanced with Kindy Glitz, felt flowers, a punched glitter flower and a stamped greeting.



    Spellbinders Treat Holder
    A sweet little treat holder for your Valentine



    For this project you will need :
    Spellbinders Grands Labels Eleven.
    Grand Calibur Machine.
    Double sided Patterned paper
    Flower punches or paper flowers if you prefer.
    Ribbon.
    Greeting and a tag.
    Instructions
    Cut a Grand Labels Eleven die from Bazzill Red Love Potion paper. Score and fold in half then score and fold 1cm either side of the centre line. This will create a little base for your holder.





    Optional step:
    If you would like to decorate the inside cut two alternately sized labels and attach to the inside for your message.
    Decorate the front of the treat holder with flowers, a tag with a greeting.
    Punch a hole in the centre at the top and thread a ribbon through and tie a bow.
    Pyramid Sweet Box



    For this box you will need:

    Patterned paper 20cm x 11cm ( I have used Bazzill Heart Attack paper )
    Embellishments
    Ribbon or braid

    Instructions
    Using the template provided cut out the box then score and fold on the marked lines.
    Punch holes in the places that have been marked on the template.




    Tie the ribbon through all holes folding the box into a pyramid shape as you go.
    Decorate with a tag and a greeting.

      Lovely ideas - the best bit is I have Sizzix dies which make all the above, so now I just need to "borrow" the paper form work I think I like the way you embellish things, we need more little things like that on the shop.
