Size: ">Attachment 1872Trinket Boxes

These cute trinket boxes can be made from any size or shaped boxes. I have recycled a couple of little boxes I found in my stash.

Cover the base and the lids of the boxes in patterned paper of your choice. I have used double sided tape but glue of your choice would work just as well.
Now glue a strip of ribbon around the side of the base and then another ribbon/ lace/ braid of your choice just above the first one ( see detail photo)
Glue a strip of lace around the edge of the

Size: ">Attachment 1869Sara Kay Altered Gift Bag

Using a plain gift bag, remove the handles from the bag and retain to be reattached later.
Cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the front of the bag and then attach to the bag with double sided tape or glue.

Cut an aperture approximately 10cm x 7 cm slightly off centre in the front of the bag. Using double sided glue attach a piece of clear acetate on to the inside of the bag to make a window.
Make a frame around the window in your bag. I have used a Spellbinders

Altered Frame by Kaye McGrath

Attachment 1868Altered Frame Instructions

This is a very quick project to turn a plain frame into a pretty gift.

Simply attach flowers in your choice of colour to the frame using 3d sticky dots and add any other embellishment of your choice. I have added wooden flourishes and butterfly which I have sprayed with gold glimmer mist and then added pearls to the centre of the flowers and also to the butterfly.

Alternatively you could paint the flourishes

Score and fold a line 1cm in on the long side of the 26 x 15 cm plain card. This will be the hinge.

Using double sided tape, join the 25 x 12 patterned paper to the previous sheet of plain card leaving a 2cm space on the hinged side and 1cm at the centre.
Attach this page to the previous page with double sided tape, making sure that there is equal distance at the top and bottom.<br
