Help with who would be intrested in large quanities of Soft Toy for recycling??

Hi all, just popping into your forum looking for some advice...

My girls who are 7 & 8, are doing a fundraiser for the Royal Hobart Hospital's Children's Ward. They are going to break the world record(5886) for the most soft toys in one room, which they are soo close to doing.

The new toys are of course going to the children's ward and others are going to other vcharities for their xmas drives.

My idea was for all the older ones was to recyle them, i though craft groups could use the eyes etc and the stuffing??

Anyone here know of any groups that would be intrested?

hi Teddies galore, a belated reply to your post. you might like to ring around schools, churches (craft groups etc)
to see if they want them for the stuffing? Maybe ring the major charities too, to see if they want them.
I think used soft toys can be a bit tricky because of hygiene issues.
