Thanks Alex I made them about 20+years ago, all made from wadding, only a litle bit of sewing (which was good for me lol)They get brought out every year, Ron says it is not Christmas without the snow family

They look lovely, Kaye, I haven't even thought of getting ours out yet - although I did hear last night that a Christmas Draw I entered into run by my Avon lady, I've won the first prize which is a reindeer ornamental thingy, so that will be the first thing out this year. Our outside lights need a serious update and we need new hanging hooks so that's another thing that will have to wait. I'm hoping to get the tree out and get few decorations up this week.

One thing I did do was to make a few removable white snowflakes and things on my eCraft, I've only stuck them in my craft room so far, although I reckon they'd look great on the windows.

Love your Christmas snow family and teddies, Kaye, I've got a Christmas teddy family called the Chumneys that migrated from the UK with me - they are usually live in the shed in a box and every year, they get dusted off and come out for Christmas Love my Chumneys

Love your decorations Kaye. At the moment we only have our tree up. Had to go out and buy more baubles as we put Mum's on the tree and they are really faded (mind you, they would be at least 10 - 12 years old some of them). Hoping to make some decorations over the next couple of days with Emma.

Hi there, thought I would finally share our tree. I was a bit worried about getting our decorations out as they have not been out of the box for two years. It is stored in the shed during this time and with humidity you just never no what you will pull out. Everything survived really well....only about two items with a touch of mould but a real musty smell. It is so nice to see all the decorations again and remember how we come to have them. A lot a handmade and a lot have come from swaps here at Craftmad. I know I have items from Mandy, WendyC, Lana, Emu up a Gumtree (Annmaree) now Alex and a couple of Secret Santa's.

Looks lovely Merry. I love to put all my collected ornaments on out tree My favourites are a crocheted Santa, with gift tag and message still attached, which Rons Nana gave to me in 1987 and a little handbag card my friend gave me in 2007. Being a non card maker makes it all the more special. I laughed the othe rday hen I showed it to her and she had no recollection of making it until she saw the message inside. I also have 6 little china angels which was one of the first gifts Ron ever gave me so they are a favourite every year as well.

My tree is up too, like you Kaye and Merry, I have many lovely ornaments and decorations given to me from members on here over the years. I have ones from you Merry and from Kaye, I also found a lovely ornament that folds flat made by Lana and a few cute brooch dolls from a doll forum I used to be a member of - this year, Alex's ornament is on there. I'll try to get a photo later - my tree looks smaller every year though and I think that maybe after this year I will get a new one in the sales.
