If anyone knows what happened to the post i wrote yesterday...doesnt seem to have appeared....
i will ask again..
does anyone have any ideas for wedding table decorations made from papercraft/card?...not sure what im after but thought there might be some ideas out there

Interesting question Kamma, haven't been to a wedding lately to have any ideas. Other than pretty little boxes, maybe sprinkle the table with paper flowers you have created. Can't wait to see what other people come us with. Maybe acetate boxes with something special inside and a beautiful ribbon.

Hi Kamma,
I got married in March last year, I made white boxes (that were filled with chocolate hearts) and then wrapped purple ribbon around them and made little "thank you" notes in purple and silver so it all tied in with the theme, I also made my own place cards as well.

I also toyed with this idea http://www.weddepot.com/wedding-plan...ders-1617.html theyre place cards that sit on the edge of a glass. I didnt end up doing them for the wedding but did them Christmas and they look really fab.

Dont know if this is relevant but I also did our ceremony programs which were fans, perhaps you could use them for the menu, having trouble posting the pics here so I will put them in my gallery

Mine just did they same thing - said something about going to the moderator for approval and disappeared, it did the same thing to me the other day.
Kamma, I will post some pics of what I made for my wedding last year in my gallery if you want to have a look.

Alex, I think your posts are not disappearing, they are just being held up because of the links - Ian is looking at them now, no idea why they are being held up - think we need more of a look see as it's moderating my posts too - as iffff I need any moderating . Flippen forums, sometimes they can be more problems than they are worth - although I then look at Facebook and how quickly peoples posts disappear from there and I realise that having the information on had permanently with a good search is still a better option.

Hey kaye...i had a go at making the Fleur De Lis ornament....had a go i said..lol...i really struggled with the centre piece....i'll keep on trying but i cant imagine mine is going to look anywhere near as good as yours...i really do love them though...i checked out the video tutorial but still couldnt quite grasp the centre part.
